Jayne Scott
Council Member
Jayne was Director of Finance and Performance Management for the Fife Health Board. She was awarded the title of Finance Director of the Year for the Public Sector in Scotland. Jayne has undertaken several non-executive roles, particularly in the field of regulation and is currently a non-executive member on the Ofgem Board, chairing their audit committee. She is also a Board member of the Marine Management Organisation and is presently interim Deputy Chair.
